摘要
本文运用文献分析法对CSSCI数据库中提供的1985~2018年所有有关离职影响因素的研究文献进行了梳理,通过对样本、理论基础和变量的对比分析,总结和归纳了当下国内该领域的研究情况,并基于此对未来离职影响因素的研究趋势进行了展望。
By using the method of literature analysis, this paper combs all the literatures about the influencing factors of turnover in CSSCI database from 1985 to 2018. Through the comparative analysis of samples, theoretical basis and variables, this paper summarizes the current research situation in this field in China, and makes an effort to predict the trend of the research of factors influencing turnover.
