合资企业员工职业意识形态探索与引导

摘要 本文以大型中外合资企业福建联合石化公司十多年来的实践,对未来几年公司员工队伍大幅度更替的现状,探索如何用中方股东的企业文化和价值理念,在人力资源管理的全过程中,引导和正向影响中外合资企业90后员工,传承和弘扬中国石油石化优良传统,养成良好职业意识形态,实现企业的可持续发展。 Based on the practices of over ten years of Fujian Refining and Petrochemical Company Limited,a large-scale Sino-foreign joint venture,and faced with the situation of major turnover in the following years,this article explores how to guide and positively influence the post-90s generation employees working in Sino-foreign joint venture by the corporate culture and values of Chinese shareholder in the whole process of human resource management,inherit and carry forward the good traditions of petroleum and petrochemical industry in China,build good occupational mindset and realize sustainable development of the enterprise.
