公司道德治理中的问题与对策——以丰田汽车为例

Problems and Countermeasures in Corporate Moral Governance—Taking Toyota as an Example

近年来,公司道德问题频频出现在舆论视野之中,“奔驰事件”更是将这一问题推向高潮。本文通过回顾丰田汽车召回事件,利用案例分析法和文献分析法作为分析方法,对该事件中存在的问题进行具体分析,指出其关键问题所在,最后提出相关建议。本文旨在通过对该案例的研究为公司道德治理提出相关见解,以期为后续研究者提供参考。

In recent years,corporate ethical issues have frequently appeared in the field of public opinion,and the“Mercedes-Benz Incident”has pushed this issue to a climax.This paper reviews the Toyota recall event,uses case analysis and literature analysis as the analysis method,analyzes the prob-lems existing in the incident,points out the key problems,and finally puts forward relevant sug-gestions.This paper aims to provide relevant insights for the company’s ethical governance through the study of this case,in order to provide reference for follow-up researchers.
