摘要
人力资源共享服务中心模式(HRSSC)是新时代企业进行人力资源管理的必要方法。作为人才招聘平台企业,其本身的工作内容就与人力资源息息相关,如果能与HRSSC进行有效结合,对平台本身将产生极大的积极影响。本文从Linkedin、智联招聘、Indeed、Simply-Hired四家招聘平台入手,分析目前其运营模式与HRSSC的结合现状,发现潜在问题并试图提出解决方法。
Human Resources Shared Service Center Mode (HRSSC) is a necessary method of human resource management in new era. As recruitment platform enterprises, it is closely related to human re-source work content. If effectively combined with the HRSSC, the enterprises will produce great positive influence to themselves. Based on four recruitment platforms including Linkedin, Zhaopin, Indeed and Simple-Hired, this paper analyzed the present status of the combination of its operating mode with HRSSC, finding potential problems and attempting to put forward the solutions.
