摘要
如何强化设备资产联动功能、有效保障设备资产数据质量、深化电网核心资产财务管理与设备管理的统一联动、形成集中的智能的固定资产全生命周期监控,是电力公司迫切需要思考的问题。本文旨在讨论在复杂场景下的通用的固定资产全生命周期监控的行为和实质,进而构筑一个面向信息化应用的通用模型。同时面向实际的监控场景,以已有的通用模型为理论基础设计实现的方式。
How to strengthen the joint function among equipment assets, how to effectively guarantee the data quality of assets, how to unify the financial management and equipment management of core assets in Power Grid, and how to form a centralized intelligent lifecycle monitoring of fixed assets are urgent questions for power companies to think about. The purpose of this paper is to discuss the universal behavior and essence of fixed-asset lifecycle monitoring in complex scenarios, and to construct a general model for informative applications;meanwhile, in consideration of the actual monitoring scenario, to design an implementation solution based on the existing general model.
