高校新技术优势和新旧动能转换技术短板间的融合发展

摘要 科技创新是新旧动能转化的核心动力,高校是推动创新的重镇,而高校的专利科技成果转化率在10%之下的占比高达80.1%。本文从高校科技成果转换现状入手,分析高校在科技成果转换过程中遇到的问题,探究高校新技术优势来弥补新旧动能技术转换的技术短板的新途径,完善科技成果转化评价机制的新方法,为实现两者的融合发展,促进经济转型升级提供一些思路。 Scientific and technological innovation is the core driving force to transform old growth engines to new ones, and colleges and universities are the best promoter for innovation. However there are about 80.1% of patented technology achievements with only 10% or below transformation rate. Starting from the current situation of the transformation of scientific and technological achieve-ments in colleges and universities, the article analyzes the problems and challenges encountered in the process, and explores methods of how to promote the growth engines transformation through the utilization of the innovative and technologic strengths in universities and colleges. Besides, some suggestions will be put forward to improve the mechanism of science and technology achievements evaluation. This article aims to provide some ideas for economic restructuring and industrial upgrading.
