5G时代下“抱团养老”网络平台的搭建与挑战

The Construction and Challenge of Network Platform of “Group Pension” in 5G Era

2019年的政府工作报告中,李克强总理16次提及养老,大幅超过去年,继续对老龄化给予了高度关注。我国老龄化已经逐渐逼近深度老龄化阶段,现有的养老模式存在灵活性不高、服务效率低等问题。本文通过对老龄化背景下“抱团养老”的发展现状进行探索,发现我国“抱团养老”模式的发展存在着普及率低、缺乏医疗保障和政策扶持、局限性大等阻力。通过完善法律环境、完善养老服务、搭建“抱团养老”平台以促进该养老模式的良性发展,缓解我国不断增长的养老压力已成为发展该模式的重中之重。

In the 2019 government work report, Premier Li Keqiang mentioned old-age care 16 times, significantly more than last year, continuing to pay high attention to aging. China’s aging has gradually approached the stage of deep aging while the existing pension model is not high flexibility with low service efficiency. This paper explores the development status of “group pension” under the background of aging, and finds that the development of “group pension” mode in China has obstacles such as low penetration rate, lack of medical security and policy support, and great limitations. By improving the legal environment, improving elderly care services, and building a “group elderly care” platform to promote the benign development of the elderly care model, relieving the increasing pressure on elderly care in China has become the top priority in the development of the model.
