摘要
近年来,共享经济在全球各地掀起了一股热潮,以其去中介化和再中介化的特点,吸引企业利用共享经济平台整合线下闲散资源,驱动经济发展。平台企业强调资源共享性、价值性、互动性,在人力资源管理方式上做出了重大创新,本文以Uber、滴滴出行、美团、Airbnb为研究对象,借鉴四家平台企业人力资源管理的成功经验,从招聘、培训、绩效等方面探讨如何创新人力资源管理模式,并分析目前平台企业人力资源管理面临的挑战,提出相应的对策和建议,为我国共享经济下平台企业人力资源管理模式的发展做出一些贡献。
In recent years, the sharing economy has set off a wave around the world. With its characteristics of de-intermediation and re-intermediation, companies have been attracted to use the sharing economy platform to integrate offline idle resources and drive economic development. Platform companies emphasize resource sharing, value, and interaction, and have made major innovations in human resource management. Taking Uber, Didi Chuxing, Meituan, and Airbnb as research objects, this paper draws on the successful experience of human resource management of four platform enterprises and discusses how to innovate human resource management mode from the aspects of recruitment, training and performance. It analyzes the current challenges faced by human resources management of platform enterprises, and proposes corresponding countermeasures and recommendations for developing the human resources management model of platform enterprises in China’s sharing economy.
