摘要
随着新冠肺炎疫情的爆发,一些传统行业与电商行业之间出现了人力资源配置极度不平衡的现象,“共享员工”模式应运而生,“共享员工”在一定程度上暂时缓解了疫情期间人员供需的问题,同时也面临一些风险和挑战。本文对“共享员工”的现状与挑战进行了分析,并对企业人力资源管理未来的影响进行了探索,以期为突发公共卫生事件下企业管理提供一些思考。
With the outbreak of COVID 19, there is an extreme imbalance of human resource allocation be-tween some traditional industries and e-commerce industries, and the “Shared employee” mode arises at the historic moment. “Shared employee” temporarily alleviates the problem of supply and demand during the epidemic to some extent, but also faces some risks and challenges. This paper analyzes the current situation and challenges of “Shared employees” and discusses its future development trend, in order to provide some thoughts for enterprise personnel management under public health emergencies.
