Bidding procurement management is an important part of power grid engineering project. In process, the application of bidding procurement documents run through the whole process of bidding activity, the preparation efficiency of procurement documents will affect the response time and implementation efficiency in procurement activities. Therefore, research on the method and path of structured management of purchasing documents, control the decrease of compilation efficiency caused by the differences in the preparation of documents, and make the document preparation process specification, standard and timely, have practical significance for improving the quality and efficiency of overall procurement.
