摘要
为贯彻落实公司优化营商环境工作要求,助力打造上海国际一流营商环境,尽快实现电网公司低压业扩工程减环节、提质效的目标,本文围绕公司低压业扩工程物资采购供应管理,根据低压业扩工程物资需求特点,通过梳理构建统一的标准低压业扩工程典型物资清册,优化采购供应方式,简化业务开展流程,实现低压业扩工程物资供应链全过程管理提质增效,助力优化营商环境。
In order to implement the company’s requirements for optimizing the operation environment, cre-ate international business environment in Shanghai, reach the goal of reducing the stages of process, and improve quality, this article discussed the material purchasing, agreement stock, supply chain optimization, and other aspects of low voltage expansion project in grid industry based on the char-acteristics of this project. The suggestion of this report organized and re-constructed the standard and unified material list of inventory, optimized the procurement mode of agreement inventory, and simplified the process of business, which will be achieved to improve the efficiency of management and optimize the operation environment in gird industry.
