摘要
本文针对电工装备相关业务,在供应商管理方面,以电网企业中的供应商为主体,从供应商评价入手,对供应商接入情况,及供应商接入评价功能开发情况进行梳理,结合供应商评价业务需求,对评价范围、评价内容、评价标准、权重设置的内容进行深入研究,实现对供应商评价模型的分析与优化。
This article focuses on electrical equipment related businesses. In terms of supplier management, it takes suppliers in power grid companies as the main body, starts with supplier evaluation, and sorts out supplier access and the development of supplier access evaluation functions. Combining with supplier evaluation business needs, it conducts in-depth research on the evaluation scope, evaluation content, evaluation criteria, and weight setting content to realize the analysis and op-timization of the supplier evaluation model.
