摘要
本文以某电网企业为例,通过对质量监督现阶段业务的研究和其业务流程的梳理,发现业务存在的漏洞和问题并提出相应的优化举措。通过研究能够及时应对新的形势和需求,对于进一步落实质量管控责任、加大质量管控力度、把好设备入网关口奠定基础,对有效提升电网物资质量管控质效,不断提升采购设备质量,确保电网运行安全,实现公司高质量发展的战略目标有着重要的意义。
This paper took a power grid enterprise as an example. The writer found out the business vulner-ability and problems and put forward the corresponding optimization measures through re-searching present material quality supervision and sorting out operation flow. Trough the research, power grid enterprises can response to new situations and needs timely. It is of great significance to the strategic target of improving quality control of power grid materials and quality of procurement equipment, ensuring safe and healthy operation of electricity and achieving high quality development.
