摘要
高校每年都要对教职工和学生体检,候检等待时间过长是影响到体检体验的重要因素。降低候诊时间,在保证体检质量的前提下,减少体检者等待时间及体检时间,可提高体检效率,并提升体检者满意度。本文在体检现场记录体检者在各体检项目体检时所消耗的时间,等待时间。利用运营管理及运筹学的相关理论对数据进行分析,优化了等待时间较长的体检项目流程,减少体检时间。
Colleges and universities require physical examination of faculty and students every year, and the long waiting time is an important factor affecting the physical examination experience. The effi-ciency of physical examination can be improved by reducing the waiting time and the time of physical examination on the premise of ensuring the quality of physical examination. This paper records the time and waiting time of the examinee during the physical examination on the spot. By analyzing the data with relevant theories of operation management and operations research, the process of physical examination items with a long waiting time was optimized to reduce the physical examination time.
