摘要
新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情的爆发无疑给众多企业当头一棒,很多行业都出现了大批门店歇业、员工闲置的窘况。应对疫情带来的用工挑战,“共享员工”模式在企业间拉开大幕。本文遵循社会科学研究方法进行研究,调研结果显示基层员工参与“共享员工”模式的需求主要表现为更高的薪酬的需求;对自身权益保护的需求;对舒适工作环境的需求以及对契合的企业文化的需求。并在此基础上为有效促进“共享员工”参与模式的发展提出相应的建议。
The outbreak of COVID-19 has hit many businesses hard, with stores closing and employees idling in many industries. In response to the staffing challenges brought by the epidemic, “Shared Em-ployees” has been launched among enterprises. This paper follows the method of social science research to conduct research, and the survey results show that grass-roots employees’ demands to participate in the “Shared Employee” mode are mainly manifested in the demand for higher salary, the demand for the protection of their own rights and interests, the demand for a comfortable working environment and the demand for a suitable corporate culture. On this basis, it puts for-ward corresponding suggestions to promote the development of “Shared Employees” mode, and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of employees while promoting the normal develop-ment of “Shared Employees”.
