实施乡村振兴战略,是党的十九大作出的重大决策部署。乡风文明是乡村振兴的核心和灵魂,在乡村振兴中既是一种软实力,也是一种硬实力,抓住乡风文明建设,就抓住了乡村振兴的关键。本文通过对云南省大理白族自治州宾川县金牛镇罗官村党建引领乡风文明建设的实证分析,为民族地区实现乡风文明建设,推动乡村振兴提供发展思路和借鉴意义。
