中俄跨境电商发展现状、问题及建议

Development Status, Problems and Suggestions of Sino-Russia Cross-Border E-Commerce

中俄双方于2018年签署了《关于电子商务合作的谅解备忘录》,共同推动“丝路电商”发展目标建设。目前,在“一带一路”沿线国家中,俄罗斯已成为与中国跨境电商交易规模最大的国家。本文从中俄跨境电商的发展现状入手,分析了中俄跨境电商在零售平台、贸易模式、商品结构、支付方式以及物流种类等五个方面的发展势态并总结对应发展问题,进而提出五点对策建议,以促进中俄跨境电商稳中向好的持续发展。

China and Russia signed the “Memorandum of Understanding on E-commerce Cooperation” in 2018 to jointly promote the development of the “Silk Road E-commerce” development goal. At present, among the countries along the “Belt and Road”, Russia has become the country with the largest cross-border e-commerce transaction with China. This article starts with the development status of Sino-Russian cross-border e-commerce, analyzes the development trend of Sino-Russian cross-border e-commerce in five aspects, including retail platforms, trade models, commodity structures, payment methods, and logistics types, and summarizes the corresponding development issues, and then puts forward five countermeasures and suggestions to promote the steady and positive development of Sino-Russian cross-border e-commerce.
