大学生对口专业就业问题的调查研究

The Survey on the Problem about Compatibility of Major and Employment of College Students

高校毕业生能否以对口专业就业无论是从衡量高校教学质量的角度、还是毕业生就业质量的角度来看,都是关键问题。但是出于种种原因,部分高校毕业生在选择工作的时候,并不能顺利的从事与其专业相关的工作,或选择对口的职业。本文通过对该现象的深入调查,发现大学生就业存在专业偏斜,对口专业就业压力大,对口专业就业占比小等六大问题,并在此基础上从高校、企业与大学生三个角度提出了针对性的建议。

Whether college graduates can engage in jobs that match the major chosen by the university, from the perspective of measuring the quality of college teaching or the perspective of graduate employment quality, is a key issue. However, for various reasons, some college graduates cannot smoothly engage in jobs related to their majors or choose their counterparts when choosing jobs. Through an in-depth investigation of the degree of matching between college students’ employment and majors, this paper found that there are six major problems in the employment of college students, including professional skew, employment pressure on counterpart majors, and degree of professional preference. On this basis, targeted suggestions are put forward from the perspectives of universities, enterprises and college students.
