基于QFD/TRIZ集成的创新路径分析

摘要 创新是企业生存和可持续发展的根源,是社会前进的动力。市场经济中,创新设计可以满足顾客的需求,甚至超越顾客的期望,增加产品的附加值,赢得顾客的信任,提高企业的竞争力。而正确地选择创新路径,可以提高效率,缩短开发周期,降低开发成本和生产成本。本文基于系统的思维,采用QFD和TRIZ的相关工具,规划了创新路径,将顾客需求转化为技术特性,并将技术特性进一步展开为产品的规划特征,应用矛盾矩阵实现了需求与产品方案的有效对接。以电力监测设备的创新为例,演绎了创新的过程,论述所设计路径的合理性和有效性,尤其是在复杂的地理环境下监测更方便易行。 Innovation is the root of enterprise survival and sustainable development, is the driving force of social progress. In the market economy, innovative design can meet the needs of customers, even ex-ceed the expectations of customers, increase the added value of products, win the trust of customers and improve the competitiveness of enterprises. The correct choice of innovation path, can improve efficiency, shorten the development cycle, reduce development costs and production costs. Based on the systematic thinking, this paper uses the related tools of QFD and TRIZ to plan the innovation path, to transform customer requirements into technical characteristics, and to further develop technical characteristics into product planning characteristics, the contradiction Matrix is used to realize the effective docking of requirement and product scheme. Taking the innovation of electric power monitoring equipment as an example, this paper deduces the process of innovation and discusses the rationality and effectiveness of the design path, especially in the complex geographical environment monitoring is more convenient.
