人性假设的历史变迁与领导行为的风格演变

摘要 领导行为风格的形成和发展或多或少都建立在人性假设的基础上,在领导行为的风格演变中,形成了“经济人”假设、“社会人”假设、“复杂人”假设以及“现实人”假设等,分别对应形成了“长官型”领导风格、“家长型”领导风格、“民主型”领导风格以及“教练型”领导风格。这些人性假设由浅到深、由单调到丰富,为领导行为的风格形成奠定了基础。文章从人性假设理论发展历程出发,分析了领导行为风格是如何随着人性假设的不断变化而发展的,并对未来的人性假设与领导行为风格作出探讨。 The formation and development of leadership behavior style are more or less based on the assumption of human nature. In the evolution of leadership behavior style, the “economic man” hypothesis, the “social man” hypothesis, the “complex man” hypothesis and the “real man” hypothesis have been formed, respectively corresponding to the “executive type” leadership style, the “paternalistic type” leadership style, the “democratic type” leadership style and “coaching” leadership style. These assumptions of human nature from shallow to deep, from monotonous to rich, have laid the foundation for the formation of the style of leadership behavior. Starting from the development process of human nature hypothesis theory, this paper analyzes how the leadership behavior style develops with the continuous change of human nature hypothesis, and discusses the future human nature hypothesis and leadership behavior style.
