摘要
目的:为研究柔性管理在大学生社团中对组织内部成员心理契约构建的影响。方法:对400余名大学生社团内部成员进行问卷调查,并对测量所得的关系型、交易型心理契约与柔性管理量化结果进行相关性分析。结果:得到关系型心理契约与交易型心理契约与柔性管理的相关度分别为0.622和0.38。结论:柔性管理可以促进大学生社团内部组织成员心理契约的构建,其中对关系型心理契约构建的正向促进作用更为显著。
Objective: In order to study the influence of flexible management on the construction of psychological contract of organization internal members in college student associations. Method: A questionnaire survey was conducted on more than 400 college student association’s internal members, and correlation analysis was conducted between the measured relational and transactional psychological contracts and the quantitative results of flexible management. Results: The correlation between relational and transactional psychological contracts and flexible management were obtained as 0.622 and 0.38, respectively. Conclusion: Flexible management can promote the construction of psychological contracts among members of college student associations, and the positive promotion effect on the construction of relational psychological contracts is more significant.
