摘要
高校二级工会是学院党政联系基层的桥梁和纽带、是增强教职工凝聚力向心力的重要平台,充分发挥二级工会作用,做好二级工会工作,对推进学院全面稳定可持续发展意义非凡。但长期以来二级工会工作中普遍存在被动配合缺乏特色自主活动、活动形式内容单一、教职工覆盖面参与面低、维护教职工利益不全面、服务不到位等问题。改革二级工会工作模式,探索工作新方法势在必行。
The secondary trade union in colleges and universities is the bridge and link between the party and government of the college and the grass-roots level. It is also an important platform to enhance the cohesion and centripetal force of teaching staff. Giving full play to the role of the secondary trade union and doing a good job of the secondary trade union are of great significance to promote the comprehensive, stable and sustainable development of the college. However, for a long time, there have been many problems in the work of the secondary trade unions, such as passive cooperation, lack of characteristic independent activities, single form and content of activities, low coverage and participation of teaching staff, incomplete protection of the interests of teaching staff, inadequate services and so on. It is imperative to reform the working mode of the secondary trade unions and explore new working methods.
