数字赋能对企业创新的影响机制文献综述

Literature Review on the Impact Mechanism of Digital Empowerment Mechanism of Digital Empowerment on Firm Innovation

数字经济的发展为企业创新提供了新的机遇,通过数字赋能促进企业创新已成为中国促进经济高质量发展的重要依托。因此,数字赋能对企业创新的影响研究成为当前学术领域的热点话题。本文通过梳理国内外相关研究成果,凝练了数字赋能与企业创新的概念,并对其主要的维度划分进行了总结。在此基础上综述了数字赋能对技术创新、商业模式创新以及开放式创新这三种企业创新方式的影响,并且通过知识动态能力、组织敏捷性、供应链协同以及价值共创等四个视角,分析了数字赋能对企业创新的路径机制。本文以期在已有研究成果基础上梳理出数字赋能与企业创新之间影响机制的研究思路。

The development of digital economy provides new opportunities for enterprise innovation, and promoting enterprise innovation through digital empowerment has become an important basis for China to promote high-quality economic development. Therefore, the research on enterprise innovation has become a hot topic in the current academic field. This paper summarizes the concept of digital empowerment and enterprise innovation by sorting out relevant research results at home and abroad, and summarizes its main dimension division. On this basis, this paper reviews the impact of digital empowerment on technological innovation, business model innovation and open innovation, and analyzes the path mechanism of digital empowerment on enterprise innovation from four perspectives: knowledge dynamic capability, organizational agility, supply chain collaboration and value cocreation. This paper aims to tease out the research ideas on the influence mechanism between digital empowerment and enterprise innovation on the basis of existing research results.
