摘要
考核评估工作是组织人力资源管理工作中的一项重要手段,对组织实现可持续发展起着明显支持作用。本论文主要从考核评估工作的历史脉络出发,逐步梳理影响考核评估工作的历史节点,并针对当前较为主流的考核评估方法进行介绍,便于读者了解考核评估的发展历程及当前考核工作现状。
Appraisal and assessment is an important tool in the human resource management of an organization and plays an obvious role in supporting the sustainable development of the organization. This thesis focuses on the historical context of appraisal and assessment work, gradually sorts out the historical nodes affecting appraisal and assessment work, and introduces the current more mainstream appraisal and assessment methods to facilitate readers’ understanding of the development history of appraisal and the current status of appraisal work.
