儿童参与儿童友好型社区建设的思考

Reflections on Children’s Participation in the Construction of Child Friendly Community

随着“儿童友好型社区”概念的提出,儿童的权益开始引起各界的关注,儿童的参与也逐渐成为关注的焦点。儿童参与是一项关键的儿童权利,是建设儿童友好型社区的核心工作方式,也是获得和反映儿童需求的重要途径。本文以儿童参与理论为基础,结合我国儿童友好社区在制度、空间、服务、文化等领域的具体实践案例,讨论了儿童参与社区建设过程的途径,为建设儿童友好社区的多种途径提供参考。

With the proposal of the concept of “child friendly community”, children’s rights and interests have begun to attract attention from all walks of life, and children’s participation has gradually become the focus of attention. Children’s participation is a key child’s right, a core working method for building a child friendly community, and an important way to obtain and reflect children’s needs. Based on the theory of children’s participation, this paper discusses the ways of children’s participation in the process of community construction in combination with the specific practical cases in the fields of system, space, service and culture in China’s child friendly community, and provides references for the construction of various ways of child friendly community.
