摘要
如何管理下属的消极情绪以及激发其主动变革行为,成为管理者关注的焦点。本文从概念的界定、结构与测量、前因、影响结果四个方面对领导者人际情绪管理和员工主动变革行为的相关研究进行了回顾与梳理。领导者人际情绪管理的研究还处于初步发展阶段,未来研究可以进一步完善领导者人际情绪管理的概念界定与测量,并丰富其结果变量的研究。
How to manage the negative emotions of subordinates and stimulate their taking charge behavior has become the focus of managers’ attention. This article reviews the relevant research on leader interpersonal emotion management and employees’ taking charge behavior from four aspects: conceptual definition, structure and measurement, antecedents, and outcomes. The research on leader interpersonal emotion management is still in the initial stage of development, and future research can further improve the conceptual definition and measurement of leader interpersonal emotion management, and enrich the research of its outcome variables.
