摘要
文章构建了一个中国服务业企业微观层面数据集,探究中国服务业OFDI对国内就业规模与就业结构的影响。研究结果表明:中国服务业企业OFDI能够促进国内母公司雇佣更多劳动力,产生显著的就业规模效应。同时,OFDI能够改善国内母公司的就业结构,提升雇佣高技能人才比例。且服务业企业OFDI的就业规模效应和就业结构效应不受企业异质性因素的影响。
This article constructs a micro data set from enterprise microscopic perspective. It explores OFDI’s impacts on domestic employment and employment structure of Chinese enterprises in service industry. The result shows that the OFDI of Chinese service enterprises can significantly promote domestic parent company to hire more labor force and generate employment scale effect. At the same time, OFDI can improve the employment structure of domestic parent companies and increase the proportion of highly skilled personnel employed. The employment scale effect and employment structure effect of service enterprises’ OFDI are not affected by heterogeneous factors of the company.
