乡村振兴背景下农村人力资源开发研究——以四川省西昌市为例

摘要 乡村振兴战略是新时代中国特色社会主义发展的重大战略安排,人力资源作为国家竞争力的一种表现,世界各个国家都加强了人才战略储备,我国虽作为人力资源大国,但我国缺少优质的人才队伍、农村居民受教育程度偏低等众多问题严重制约着我国乡村的发展。因此,开发农村人力资源是乡村振兴的必由之路,是实施乡村振兴战略强有力的资源保障。本文以四川省西昌市为例,分析了该地区人力资源开发现状以及存在的问题,并结合国内外研究现状,为加强该地区人力资源有效性开发提供了一些可能实现的思路。 Rural revitalization strategy is a major strategic arrangement for the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era, human resources as a manifestation of national competitiveness, all countries in the world to strengthen the talent strategic reserve, although our country as a human resources power, but the lack of high-quality talent, rural residents by low education level and many other problems seriously restrict the development of rural China. Therefore, the development of rural human resources is the only way to rural revitalization, and is a strong resource guarantee for the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy. Taking Xichang city in Sichuan Province as an example, this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of human resources development in this region, and combined with the current research situation at home and abroad, it provides some possible ideas for strengthening the effective development of human resources in this region.
