摘要 施工企业采取工程项目管理制度,而工程项目的管理涉及人力、技术、设备、资金、施工、竣工验收等多方面的因素和多元化的关系,建立科学、全面的项目业绩考核评价体系,为项目经营绩效考核提供依据,受到越来越多企业的极大关注和重视,这不仅能为企业带来可观的经济效益,也有利于企业管理模式的现代化、规范化,对提升企业的综合竞争实力具有重要的现实意义。本文从实施背景、指标设计与主要做法、实施效果三个方面详细阐述了基于平衡记分卡的项目业绩考核评价体系,该考核评价体系对公司的管理能力提升和经济效益增长有较大的促进作用,具有一定的借鉴意义。 Construction enterprises adopt engineering project management systems, and the management of engineering projects involves multiple factors and diverse relationships such as human resources, technology, equipment, capital, construction, and complete acceptance. Establishing a scientific and comprehensive project performance evaluation system to provide a basis for project management performance evaluation has received great attention and attention from more and more enterprises, which can not only bring considerable economic benefits to enterprises, It is also conducive to the modernization and standardization of enterprise management models, and has important practical significance for improving the comprehensive competitive strength of enterprises. This article elaborates on the project performance assessment and evaluation system based on the balanced scorecard from three aspects: implementation background, indicator design and main practices, and implementation effectiveness. This assessment and evaluation system has a significant role in promoting the company’s management ability and economic efficiency growth, and has certain reference significance.
