摘要
企业稳定发展的关键之一是员工对组织的高认同感,员工创新绩效的提高可以增强企业的竞争力。本文对组织认同与员工创新绩效之间的关系进行了梳理,指出现有相关研究的不足,并对未来的研究进行了展望。
One of the keys to the stable development of the enterprise is the high identity of the organization by the employees. Improving the innovation performance of employees can improve the competitiveness of enterprises. This paper distorts the relationship between organizational identity and employee innovation achievements, points out the shortcomings of existing relevant research, and looks forward to future research.
