我国大学生数字胜任力指标体系构建——以管理类专业为例

摘要 数字化时代的到来,对于学习者尤其是即将迈向就业的大学生的数字素养提出新的要求,如何定义我国大学生的数字胜任力,以及如何构建当代大学生的数字胜任力指标体系成为亟待研究的课题。本研究立足数字化时代背景,紧跟时代的发展与行业发展的需求,在文献归纳基础上明确我国大学生数字胜任力的定义与特征,初步构建我国大学生数字胜任力指标体系;运用德尔菲法和层次分析法,最终确立5个一级指标和20个二级指标,形成一份较完善的大学生数字胜任力“五力”模型。预期将对提高我国管理类专业人才培养层次、推进我国教育数字化提供指导意义。 With the advent of the digital era, new requirements have been put forward for the digital literacy of learners, especially college students who are about to enter employment. How to define the digital competence of college students in China and how to build the digital competence index system of contemporary college students have become an urgent research topic. Based on the background of the digital era, following the development of the era and the needs of industry development, this study clarifies the definition and characteristics of the digital competency of Chinese college students on the basis of literature induction, and initially constructs the indicator system of the digital competency of Chinese college students;Using the Delphi method and the analytic hierarchy process, five first-level indicators and 20 second-level indicators will be finally established to form a relatively complete “five forces” model of college students’ digital competence. It is expected to provide guidance for improving the training level of management professionals in China and promoting the digitalization of education in China.
