中小企业数字化转型研究——以服装业为例

摘要 由于全球政治、经济和社会环境的急剧变化,中小企业的数字化转型与升级显得尤为迫切。作为中国传统支柱产业的服装业,其智能化、自动化和数字化转型已成必然趋势。本文从经济环境、国家政策、数字技术和自身发展需求4个方面阐述中小服装企业数字化转型的必要性,发现其面临数字化基础薄弱、融资成本高、缺少可参考案例的现实困境,从而提出须建立数字生态化企业系统、培养数字化人才、完善营销体系、健全相关政策的对策,以推动数字中国的早日实现。 Due to the rapid changes in the global political, economic and social environment, the digital trans-formation and upgrade of SMEs is particularly urgent. As a traditional pillar industry in China, the transformation of the garment industry into an intelligent, automated and digital industry has become an inevitable trend. This paper elaborates the necessity of digital transformation of small- and medium-sized garment enterprises from four aspects: economic environment, national policy, digital technology and their own development needs, and finds that they face the real dilemma of weak digital foundation, high financing cost and lack of reference cases. In order to promote the early realization of digital China, we propose countermeasures to establish digital ecological enterprise system, cultivate digital talents, improve marketing system and sound related policies.
