资管新规对中国影子银行监管的影响研究

Research on the Impact of the New Asset Management Regulations on Shadow Banking Supervision in China

作为资管行业的首个统一监管政策,资管新规有效化解了中国影子银行风险,剖析其影子银行监管治理的内在机理有重要意义。本文基于监管当局对影子银行的定义,对影子银行进行概念界定及规模测算,解读了资管新规的监管要点,从资管行业底层业务逻辑的角度出发,分析资管新规的监管要点如何对中国资管行业、中国影子银行规模及其结构产生影响。本研究对资管业务发展、监管当局影子银行治理及金融监管工作具有一定借鉴意义。

The promulgation of the new regulations on asset management has strengthened the supervision of shadow banking. This paper is based on the definition of China silver circ of shadow banking, the concept of China shadow banking definition and scale calculation, and further analyzes the information regulatory points of the new rules;from the perspective of the information technology industry underlying assets logic, research information regulatory points how the new rules of information technology industry, shadow banking scale and shadow banking structure impact. This paper provides some reference significance for the development strategy of asset management business, the shadow banking governance policy of the regulatory authorities and the financial supervi-sion work.
