基于文化公共空间建设视角的搬迁移民社会融入路径研究——以昭觉县为例

A Study on Social Integration Path of Relocated Immigrants from the Perspective of Cultural Public Space Construction—Taking Zhaojue County as an Example

易地搬迁作为重要的脱贫手段,随着我国全面脱贫的胜利告一段落。而搬迁移民后续的社会融入问题成为了稳定前序脱贫攻坚成果的重要内容。因此,本文基于文化公共空间“公共性”和“文化性”的双重属性,以文化公共空间为切入视角,通过对凉山州昭觉县易地搬迁下移民社会融入现状作为案例分析并开展研究,总结出“政策主体–符号媒介–空间载体”这一逻辑链条是昭觉县易地搬迁接续工作成效显著的核心,特别是对公共政策作用于文化公共空间下碰撞出“移民身份认同”、“集体记忆重塑”和“民族文化融合”的三重维度,丰富了脱贫攻坚和乡村振兴有效衔接的现实路径。

Relocation as an important means of poverty alleviation, with the victory of China’s comprehensive poverty alleviation ended. The follow-up social integration of the relocated migrants has become an important part of the pre-stability poverty alleviation results. Therefore, based on the dual attributes of “publicity” and “culture” of cultural public space, this paper takes cultural public space as a cutting Angle, and analyzes and researches the social integration status of immigrants in Zhaojue County of Liangshan Prefecture under relocation. It is concluded that the logical chain of “policy subject—symbol medium—space carrier” is the core of the remarkable effect of the relocation and succession work in Zhaojue County, especially the impact of public policy on the cultural public space has caused a triple dimension of “immigrant identity”, “collective memory reshaping” and “national culture integration”. It has enriched the practical paths for the effective connection between poverty alleviation and rural revitalization.
