摘要
目前,乡村旅游人力资源开发仍然存在许多问题,具体表现为开发程度不高、人才流失严重、劳动力素质不高等。本文通过对大村的乡村旅游人力资源开发进行研究,运用问卷调查、访谈、实地考察等研究方法,以及运用多个案例进行分析,针对不同的开发主体提出针对性的措施。对于乡村旅游企业,主要是规范人力资源管理体系;对于政府开发的人力资源,以村干部为主,主要是提高待遇,吸引人才、留住人才;对于个体人力资源,主要是加强宣传、鼓励参与、给予政策资金支持、共商共建等等。希望能够有利于乡村旅游人力资源的开发,为推动乡村旅游转型升级、推进乡村振兴进程提供有价值的参考。
At present, there are still many problems in the development of rural tourism human resources, which are manifested as low development level, serious talent loss, and low labor quality. This article conducts research on the development of rural tourism human resources in large villages, using research methods such as questionnaire surveys, interviews, on-site investigations, and analyzing multiple cases to propose targeted measures for different development entities. For rural tourism enterprises, the main focus is to standardize the human resource management system;for the human resources developed by the government, village cadres are the main focus, mainly improving treatment, attracting and retaining talents;for individual human resources, the main measures are to strengthen publicity, encourage participation, provide policy and financial support, and discuss and build together. We hope it can be beneficial for the development of rural tourism human resources, and provide valuable references for promoting the transformation and upgrading of rural tourism and promoting the process of rural revitalization.
