薪酬角度下商业银行基层员工离职倾向研究

摘要 随着我国经济的快速发展和金融市场的日益竞争,商业银行基层员工的离职问题引起了广泛关注。本研究以S银行哈尔滨分行为例,从薪酬的角度下深入探析了商业银行基层员工的离职倾向产生原因、规律以及解决对策。研究发现薪酬结构设置不合理、薪酬激励制度存在缺陷、基层员工收入不公是导致银行基层员工产生离职倾向的主要原因,解决问题的关键在于优化银行员工薪酬结构和薪酬考核体系,创建公平公正的薪酬环境。本研究可能产生的意义在于:1) 丰富了商业银行基层员工离职倾向的问题研究;2) 为商业银行人力资源管理的政策改进提供了一定借鉴。 With the rapid development of China’s economy and the increasing competition of financial markets, the turnover of the basic staff of commercial banks has attracted wide attention. Taking Harbin Branch of S Bank as an example, this study deeply analyzes the causes, rules and solutions of turnover tendency of grass-roots employees in commercial banks from the perspective of salary. The research finds that the main reasons for the turnover tendency of bank employees are unreasonable salary structure, defects in salary incentive system and unfair income of grass-roots employees. The key to solve the problems lies in optimizing the salary structure and salary assessment system of bank employees and creating a fair and just salary environment. The possible significance of this study is as follows: 1) It enriches the research on the turnover tendency of grassroots employees in commercial banks;2) It provides some reference for the improvement of human resource management policies of commercial banks.
