社区参与文明城市创建活动的效果、挑战及策略研究——以柳州市为例

Research on the Effects, Challenges and Strategies of Community Participation in the Establishment of a Civilized City—Taking Liuzhou City as an Example

全国文明城市创建工作是一项复杂并且漫长的工作,创建文明城市不仅会帮助人们提高在城市的生活质量,享受城市的文明成果,更是会推动美好中国的建设。柳州市在2021年再次获得2021~2023年的创建全国文明城市提名城市后,全市加快了建设的步伐。柳州市在创建全国文明城市的过程中,社区参与起到了至关重要的作用。通过发放、收集以及整理调查问卷,发现社区参与不仅提升了城市的文明程度,也增强了市民的幸福感和获得感,但是创建过程中同时存在着一些挑战,例如社区居民参与活动的意识不足、社区居民参与活动的能力缺乏、社区居民参与活动的方式单一、社区居民参与缺乏有效机制等。因此,开展对柳州市社区参与文明城市创建活动的效果、挑战及策略的分析研究。The establishment of a national civilized city is a complex and long-term task. Creating a civilized city not only helps people improve their quality of life in the city and enjoy the civilized achievements of the city, but also promotes the construction of a beautiful China. After Liuzhou City was once again nominated as a candidate city for the establishment of a national civilized city from 2021 to 2023 in 2021, the whole city has accelerated the pace of construction. During the process of establishing a national civilized city in Liuzhou City, community participation has played a crucial role. Through distributing, collecting and organizing questionnaires, it was found that community participation not only enhanced the civilization degree of the city, but also increased the happiness and sense of gain of citizens. However, there were some challenges in the creation process, such as insufficient awareness of community residents’ participation in activities, lack of ability of community residents to participate in activities, single way of community residents’ participation in activities, and lack of an effective mechanism for community residents’ participation. Therefore, an analysis and research on the effects, challenges and strategies of community participation in the establishment of a civilized city in Liuzhou City is carried out.
