我国责任保险现状、问题及建议研究——以宠物保险为例

Research on the Current Situation, Problem and Suggestion of Liability Insurance in Our Country—Taking Pet Insurance as an Example

随着社会经济增长,人们生活品质提升,宠物已经在越来越多的家庭成为不可缺少的一份子,为人们带来欢乐、疏解压力、提升幸福感。但是随着宠物数量越来越多,出现了不少的问题和隐患,尤其是宠物责任保险的发展相对落后。宠物保险市场存在主体单一、承保对象范围限制过于严格、渗透率低等问题。针对以上问题本文提出加大宠物责任保险产品研发,主体多元化、拓宽保障范围和降低购买门槛、引入第三方机构解决理赔难、赔付标准不透明问题、加强行业监管和自律,优化法律法规、优化客户服务等建议。本文的研究不仅有助于推动我国宠物责任保险市场的健康发展,也为构建和谐社会贡献了自己的力量。展望未来,我国宠物责任保险市场仍然具有广阔的发展空间和潜力,在多方的努力下我国责任保险市场将有光明的发展前景。With the growth of social economy and the improvement of people’s quality of life, pets have become an indispensable part of more and more families, bringing joy to people, relieving pressure and improving happiness. However, with the increasing number of pets, there are many problems and hidden dangers, especially the development of pet liability insurance is relatively backward. The pet insurance market has problems such as single subject, too strict limit on the scope of insured objects and low penetration rate. In view of the above problems, this paper puts forward some suggestions, such as increasing the research and development of pet liability insurance products, diversifying the subject, broadening the scope of protection and lowering the purchase threshold, introducing third-party institutions to solve the problem of difficult claim settlement, opaque compensation standards, strengthening industry supervision and self-discipline, optimizing laws and regulations, and optimizing customer service. The research in this paper will not only help promote the healthy development of the pet liability insurance market in our country, but also contribute to the construction of a harmonious society. Looking into the future, China’s pet liability insurance market still has broad space and potential for development, and with the efforts of many parties, China’s liability insurance market will have bright prospects for development.
