摘要
《西游记》作为中国古典文学的杰出代表之一,蕴含着丰富的文化内涵与智慧。其中,取经团队的建设和管理模式为班级团队建设与管理提供了有价值的思考。本研究旨在通过深入分析取经团队成员的角色定位和团队建设与管理智慧,探讨如何将这些思想应用于当下班级团队建设之中,为当下初中阶段班级团队建设与管理实践提供适当的镜鉴。“Journey to the West,” as one of the outstanding representatives of Chinese classical literature, contains rich cultural connotations and wisdom. Among them, the construction and management model of the sutra-fetching team provides valuable insights for class team building and management. This study aims to explore how these ideas can be applied to current class team building by deeply analyzing the role positioning of the sutra-fetching team members and the wisdom of team building and management, thereby offering appropriate references for the practice of team building and management in junior high school classes.
