数智运营驱动下的电网企业供应链模型库构建研究

摘要 供应链数字化转型已经是企业无法绕开的必由之路,建设培育数智运营能力有助于压降成本、提升效率、优化服务等,强化核心竞争力。这一过程中,数据和模型成为两大关键要素,通过挖掘供应链业务数据应用价值,并开发基于模型的分析工具,在供应链风险预警、流程优化、决策支持等方面提供助力,进而提升供应链整体运营效率效益。电网企业供应链正向更加精益、智能、协同等方向转型升级,依托供应链“控制塔”理论及实践经验,打造供应链运营模型库,推动流程运营场景数智化改造,进而实现供应链数字化、智能化转型。Supply chain digital transformation has been the inevitable way for enterprises to avoid, and the construction and cultivation of digital intelligence operation ability can help reduce costs, improve efficiency, optimize services, and strengthen core competitiveness. In this process, data and model become the two key elements. By mining the application value of supply chain business data and developing model-based analysis tools, the industry can provide assistance in supply chain risk warning, process optimization, decision support, and other aspects, thus improving the overall operational efficiency and efficiency of the supply chain. The supply chain of power grid enterprises is transforming and upgrading in the direction of more lean, intelligent, and collaborative, relying on the supply chain “control tower” theory and practical experience, creating a supply chain operation model base, promoting the intelligent transformation of process operation scenarios, and thus achieving the digital and intelligent transformation of the supply chain.
