摘要
随着国家电网深化省管产业单位改革部署的推进,省管产业单位切实落实主辅分离政策要求,成为自主经营、自负盈亏的市场主体、经营主体,在历史用工体制下形成的员工队伍已难以满足产业单位市场化转型发展的人才需求。本文从省管产业单位用工形式、存在问题出发,提出系统化的用工管理对策,为省管产业单位用工管理提供参考。With the deepening of the reform and deployment of the provincial management industrial units in the State Grid, the provincial management industrial units have effectively implemented the policy requirements of the separation of the main and the auxiliary, and become the market and business entities with independent operation and self-financing. The staff team formed under the historical employment system has made it difficult to meet the talent needs of the market-oriented transformation and development of industrial units. Starting from the employment form and existing problems of provincial management industrial units, this paper puts forward systematic Labor management countermeasures to provide reference for the Labor management of provincial management industrial units.
