髋关节置换的角度参数研究及实验验证

摘要 本文建立了置换后有骨盆髋关节的有限元模型和实验模型,通过数值模拟和电测实验的方法,验证了所建模型的准确性,然后建立不同颈干角髋关节模型,研究不同角度参数对髋关节应变分布规律的影响。通过对比不同角度模型数值分析的结果,发现随着髋关节置换的角度不同,髋关节置换后各部分的最大应变值及位置也会随之改变且呈现一定的规律性,说明置换角度也是影响髋关节应变分布及其大小的重要因素。 The finite element models and experimental model of hip joint with pelvis after displacement were established in the research. The accuracy of the model could be guaranteed after the numerical simulation and electrical measurement experiments, then the hip joint models with different neck angles were established to study the effect of angle parameters on the strain distribution of hip joint. By comparing the results of numerical simulation of different angles, it could be found that the maximum strain and the position of each part of hip replacement will be changed and shown regularly. It demonstrated that the femoral neck angle is also an important factor to the strain distribution on hip joint.
