基于无迹卡尔曼滤波的开关磁阻电机无位置传感控制研究

摘要 准确的转子位置信息对于开关磁阻电机的高性能调速控制是十分重要的。由于无位置传感器控制策略可节省额外的硬件连接、提高系统可靠性而被广泛研究。本文提出一种基于无迹卡尔曼滤波的开关磁阻电机无位置传感器控制方法,由于开关磁阻电机具有强非线性的特点,本文基于无迹卡尔曼滤波构建了位置观测器,充分利用了该算法处理非线性系统的优点,并通过建立完整的无位置传感器控制系统仿真模型给出了该方法的具体实现方式。仿真结果表明该无位置传感器控制系统的调速性能较好,抗扰动能力强,位置观测器在低中高速条件下均具有较好的动态性能和较高的稳态精度,验证了该方法的有效性。 Accurate information of rotor position is essential for high-performance speed regulation of switched reluctance motor. The sensorless control strategy has been widely investigated because it can save additional hardware connection and improve system reliability. In this paper, a sensorless control technique of switched reluctance motor based on unscented Kalman filter was proposed. Due to the strong nonlinearity of switched reluctance motor, a position observer was constructed based on unscented Kalman filter, which leads to full use of the advantages of this algorithm in dealing with nonlinear systems, and the specific implementation of this technique was elaborated by establishing a complete sensorless control system model. The simulation results showed that the sensorless control system has excellent performance in speed regulation and strong anti-disturbance ability. The position observer has great dynamic performance and high steady-state accuracy under the conditions of low, medium and high speed. The effectiveness of this technique was verified.
