摘要
目的:为提高用户使用社区智能健身器材的体验,提出社区智能健身器材游戏化设计方法,探索该品类产品的设计创新路径。方法:在用户研究的基础上,借鉴融合游戏的设计思路和方法,并借助用户旅程图和商业画布等服务设计工具,利用特定城市场景,结合在线竞赛、积分获取、勋章收集、积分变现等游戏化设计方法,为健身活动增加社交属性、竞争属性和趣味性。结果:设计出一款具有趣味性和社交属性的社区智能健身自行车。结论:将游戏化设计方法应用于社区智能健身器材将有效提升用户体验,并提高用户健身的主动性和积极性。
The purpose is to improve the user’s experience of using community smart fitness equipment, put forward the gamification design method of community smart fitness equipment, and explore the design innovation path of this category of products. The method is based on user research, draw lessons from the design ideas and methods of games, and using service design tools such as user journey maps and business canvases, using specific urban scenarios, and combines the gamification design methods such as online competition, point acquisition, medal collection, point realization, etc., to add social attributes, competitive attributes and interest to fitness activities. The result is a community smart exercise bike designed with fun and social attributes. The conclusion is that applying the gamification design method to the community smart fitness equipment will effectively improve the user experience and improve the user’s initiative and enthusiasm for fitness.
