摘要
当车辆制动后,制动盘的速度超过了一定幅度后,刹车系统会产生共振,产生噪音,影响车辆的安全性。所以,进行制动器的模态研究很有必要。以某商务车圆盘制动器为研发目标,利用UG软件构建优化后的盘型制动器关键零部件三维造型。通过HyperMesh软件对制动盘和摩擦片之间的有限元模态研究,由此得到了制动盘和摩擦片之间的固有频率和振动模型,为降低制动过程中出现的振动以及结构优化提供理论指导。
When the vehicle braking, the speed of the brake disc exceeds a certain range, the brake system will produce resonance, noise, affecting the safety of the vehicle. Therefore, it is necessary to con-duct the modal study of the brake. Taking the disk brake of a commercial vehicle as the research and development goal, the 3D modeling of the key components of the disk brake after optimization was constructed using UG software. Through the finite element modal study between the brake disc and the friction plate by HyperMesh software, the natural frequency and vibration model between the brake disc and the friction plate are obtained, which provides theoretical guidance for reducing the vibration in the process of braking and structural optimization.
