中国制造业企业绿色创新效率时空演化趋势研究

摘要 本文采用非径向、规模报酬不变(CRS)的超效率SBM-DEA模型对选取的全国158家制造业企业2012~2019年绿色创新效率进行了测算,分析其时间演变趋势,进一步运用全局和局部Moran’s I指数探究了其空间演化格局。研究结果显示:全国制造业企业整体上绿色创新效率值偏低,但效率整体上呈现出波动增长的趋势,存在较大的时空差异,东、中、西部地区效率逐渐递减;空间分布整体上是具有较强空间正相关性,并通过各地区空间格局的演化,分析其效率不高的原因。本文研究结论有助于清晰地了解我国制造业企业我国制造业企业绿色创新效率的时空演化趋势,为我国政府推进创新驱动经济发展模式的绿色转型,制造业企业提高绿色创新能力提供一定的决策依据。 In this paper, a non-radial, constant payoff to scale (CRS) super-efficient SBM-DEA model was used to measure the green innovation efficiency of 158 selected national manufacturing enterprises from 2012~2019, analyze their temporal evolution trends, and further explore their spatial evolution patterns using global and local Moran’s I indices. The research results show that: national manu-facturing enterprises as a whole have low green innovation efficiency values, but the efficiency as a whole shows a trend of fluctuating growth, with large spatial and temporal differences and gradual-ly decreasing efficiency in the eastern, central, and western regions;the spatial distribution as a whole is with strong positive spatial correlation, and the reasons for their low efficiency are ana-lyzed through the evolution of the spatial pattern in each region. The findings of this paper help to clearly understand the spatial and temporal evolution trend of green innovation efficiency of Chi-na’s manufacturing enterprises in China, and provide a certain decision basis for our government to promote the green transformation of innovation-driven economic development model and manu-facturing enterprises to improve their green innovation capability.
