D10车型塔状盖板总成二序焊装夹具设计及基于ANSYS WORKBENCH的仿真分析

摘要 本文分析了D10车型塔状盖板总成二序焊装夹具设计的可行性及必要性,围绕着塔状盖板总成二序设计合格的焊接夹具。本文分析了塔状盖板的形状及尺寸,制定了整个焊接工艺流程,并在ANSYS WORKBENCH上进行模态分析。在此次塔状盖板焊接夹具设计中,分析塔状盖板的形状与尺寸,对其焊点、定位点、夹紧点等进行分析及确定具体位置,并选用三个夹紧单元固定塔状盖板焊接件,选用三个圆形定位销对塔状盖板进行定位,并设计BASE。考虑焊接夹具的实用性及经济性,对立板等零部件进行倒角处理。并且为了防止生产工作中发生共振,进行了一个模态分析,验证了合理性。 This paper analyzes the feasibility and necessity of the design of the second sequence welding fix-ture for the tower cover assembly of D10 model, and designs qualified welding fixture around the tower cover assembly second sequence. Analyze the shape and size of the tower cover plate, formu-late the whole welding process, and conduct modal analysis on ANSYS WORKBENCH. In the design of the tower cover plate welding fixture, the shape and size of the tower cover plate is analyzed, the solder joints, fixing points, clamping points are analyzed and the specific position is determined, and three clamping units are used to fix the tower cover plate welding parts, three circular posi-tioning pins are used to locate the tower cover plate, and the design BASE. Considering the practi-cability and economy of welding fixture, the opposite plate and other parts are chamfered. In order to prevent resonance in production work, a modal analysis is carried out to verify the rationality.
