风冷冰箱箱体气流组织研究

摘要 为研究出风口位置对风冷冰箱温度均匀性的影响,利用CFD软件对某品牌四门风冷冷冻冰箱建立三维流体模型,采用RNGk-ε方程湍流模型进行数值模拟分析。经过典型测点模拟温度值与实际试验温度值进行对比,相对误差最小为1.66%,最大为4.13%,模拟可靠。由于模拟未考虑门缝漏热,模拟温度稍低于试验温度。并对各个典型位置——顶部、底部、左贴靠以及侧面进行仿真模拟研究,总结温度场、速度场的分布特征,发现将出入风口布置在顶部中间位置温度波动最小,且通过温度标准差可得其具有良好的温度均匀性。 In order to study the effect of air outlet position on the temperature uniformity of air-cooled refrig-erators, the three-dimensional fluid model of a four-door air-cooled refrigerator of a certain brand was established by using CFD software, and RNGk-ε Equation turbulence model is used for numeri-cal simulation and analysis. After comparing the simulated temperature value of typical measuring points with the actual test temperature value, the minimum relative error is 1.66% and the maxi-mum is 4.13%, indicating that the simulation is reliable. The simulation temperature is slightly lower than the test temperature because the door seam heat leakage is not considered in the simu-lation. For each typical position—top, bottom, left and side, the simulation study is carried out, and the distribution characteristics of temperature field and velocity field are summarized. It is found that the temperature fluctuation at the middle of the top is the smallest, and it has good tempera-ture uniformity through the standard deviation of temperature.
