基于HFSS的五陷波四端口超宽带天线的设计

摘要 针对超宽带(ultra wide band, UWB)多输入输出(multiple-input multiple-output, MIMO)天线存在陷波数量少,尺寸较大及隔离度不高等缺陷,提出了一种具有五陷波的四端口超宽带天线。天线采用共面波导馈电(co-planar waveguide feed, CPW),由葫芦型辐射贴片、缺陷接地面和解耦结构共同组成,工作带宽为3.06~10.6 GHz。通过蚀刻两个帽子型槽、一个圆底烧瓶型槽和一对缺口类C型槽,以及在馈线两侧添加一对C型寄生贴片,实现包括全球微波接入互联(world interoperability for mi-crowave access, WIMAX)波段(3.3~3.6 GHz)、国际移动通信系统(IMT-2020 (5G))通信波段(4.84~4.98 GHz)、WLAN部分频段(5.725~5.825 GHz)、X下行波段(7.25~7.75 GHz)和X上行波段(7.9~8.4 GHz)在内的五个陷波。经过仿真与实测的对比,天线在通信频段内存在五个陷波频段,实测值存在频偏等现象,但隔离度、包络相关系数(envelope correlation coefficient, ECC)和分集增益(diversity gain, DG)等性能指标均符合要求。 A quad-port ultra wide band (UWB) antenna with five notch is proposed. The proposed antenna is arranged to solve the defects of a small number of notch, large size, and low isolation in UWB-MIMO antennas. The antenna is fed by co-planar wave guide (CPW) and composed of a calabash-shaped radiation patch, a defective ground plane and a decoupling structure. The antenna operates in the range of 3.06~10.6 GHz. By etching two hat-shaped slots, a round-bottomed-flask-shaped slot, and a pair of C-shaped slots with notch, as well as adding a pair of C-shaped parasitic patches on both sides of the feeder, the antenna achieves five notch including the world interoperability for microwave access (WIMAX) band (3.3~3.6 GHz), the international mobile telecommunications (IMT-2020 (5G)) band (4.84~4.98 GHz), some WLAN bands (5.725~5.825 GHz), X-band downlink (7.25~7.75 GHz), and X-band uplink (7.9~8.4 GHz). After comparison between simulation and actual measurement, it was found that there are five notch in the communication frequency band of the antenna, and fre-quency deviations in the measured values. However, performance indicators such as isolation, en-velope correlation coefficient (ECC), and diversity gain (DG) all meet the requirements.
