摘要 自动均衡器一般不需要传感电路,这使得设计简单,尺寸更小,但为了电路能够安全运行,一般会在均衡路径中加入电阻和二极管,这使得均衡效率和速度都大打折扣。故本文采用了一种基于半桥LLC谐振变换器的电池均衡器,该均衡器可通过更改电容等器件参数控制均衡电流大小从而提高均衡速度,又由于软开关操作,提升了均衡效率。本文首先介绍均衡拓扑和工作模式,然后通过建立电路等效模型分析了均衡原理、软开关条件,最后通过搭建仿真验证该均衡器的可行性。 Automatic equalizers generally do not require sensing circuitry, which makes the design simple and smaller in size, but resistors and diodes are generally added to the equalization path for safe operation of the circuit, which makes the equalization efficiency and speed much worse. Therefore, this paper adopts a battery equalizer based on a half-bridge LLC resonant converter, which can con-trol the equalization current size by changing the capacitor and other device parameters to improve the equalization speed, and enhance the equalization efficiency due to soft switching operation. This paper first introduces the equalization topology and operation mode, and then analyzes the equali-zation principle and soft-switching conditions by building an equivalent model of the circuit. Finally, the feasibility of the equalizer is verified by building a simulation and experimental platform.
